How do quotes get sent to my clients?
You can email quotes directly from CleanerQuotes, download as PDF to attach to WhatsApp or SMS, or share a unique link. Clients click the link to view their quote in a professional browser page that matches your brand.
Can clients approve and pay deposits through the quote?
Yes. Each quote includes an approval button and optional deposit payment via Stripe. When a client approves, you get instant notification. Deposits flow directly to your connected Stripe account. We take zero transaction fees.
What if I need to revise a quote after sending it?
You can edit any sent quote from your dashboard. When you republish it, the client receives a new link and email notification. The original quote remains accessible but is marked as superseded.
Does CleanerQuotes integrate with my accounting software?
Currently we integrate with Xero. Approved quotes can be pushed directly to Xero as invoices. QBO integration is coming in January 2026. All plans can export quote data as CSV for manual import.
Can I add my own terms and conditions to quotes?
Absolutely. Every quote includes a customizable terms field. Set default terms in your account settings, or edit per quote. Standard ACL disclaimer language is included by default but you can replace it with your own.
What happens if my client doesn't pay?
You control payment collection. For clients who approve but don't pay, send automatic payment reminders from your dashboard. For unpaid quotes older than 30 days, you can mark them abandoned. We recommend collecting deposits before large jobs.
